We work hard to find the best quality coffees from different origin countries around the world. We follow the harvest cycles of each of these origins and bring in coffees that are always fresh. This means that throughout the year we have a rotation of different coffees to offer our customers. Someone once said, “variety is the spice of life”!

Of course, there are those of you that just want to find a coffee that you enjoy without having to keep switching. For this we create a blend that we can keep consistent year-round. We take the same amount of care to create a blend that we do choosing our single origin coffees. We only use the best coffees possible to craft these delicious creations.

The most meaningful piece of all of this is when we can find a direct partner, a farmer that is not too large and wants to work with smaller roasters that demand quality. Over the years we have developed a couple of these relationships and will continue to pursue this as our ultimate goal when sourcing coffee
