De La Finca Organic Honey Decaf

Since the pandemic is 2020, De La Finca has been looking for ways to innovate.  With a recent rise in decaf popularity, De La Finca decided to profile a particular honey processed coffee from a collective of farmers in the Marcala region.

The coffee is sent to Descamex in Vera Cruz, Mexico where it is organically decaffeinated using pure water.  This coffee is grown between 4,000′ and 5,400′ and is honey processed.  The collective of farmers grows varietals Catuai, Bourbon and IH90.
