The Tim Tim and Catimor varieties thrive in the subtropical climate of this renowned region, and the traditional wet-hulled processing method gives this coffee its signature full-bodied, earthy depth. Low in acidity and rich in character, expect layers of dark chocolate and almond with a subtle whisper of lemongrass — a bold, grounding dark roast that is as complex as the landscape it comes from.
