Producer Merly Leon has been part of Aromas del Valle since the cooperative's early years. She is a new generation producer interested in experimenting with new cultivars and techniques in search of excellent quality each season.
This is an organic, single estate coffee from the North Cajamarca region grown at 2,236 MASL consisting of varietals Yellow Caturra and Bourbon. We taste pomegranate, marigold, jasmine, cranberry and honey for a delicious cup!
