Since the pandemic is 2020, De La Finca has been looking for ways to innovate. Â With a recent rise in decaf popularity, De La Finca decided to profile a particular honey processed coffee from a collective of farmers in the Marcala region.
The coffee is sent to Descamex in Vera Cruz, Mexico where it is organically decaffeinated using pure water. Â This coffee is grown between 4,000′ and 5,400′ and is honey processed. Â The collective of farmers grows varietals Catuai, Bourbon and IH90.
