La Pluma de Lachao is grown very high, 6,230′, in the mountainous region of Oaxaca. The coffee is processed fully washed and made up of varietals Typica la Pluma with small amounts of Mundo Novo. The decaf process used is mountain water, clean and free of chemicals. It is sweet and chocolatey with great mouthfeel. This is where the Sierra Madre del Sur and Sierra Mixteca ranges come together to form the Sierra Madre Occidental.
