Traceable coffee, from farmers we can name
Every coffee we sell names its producer and region. We buy through carefully chosen partners, like Crop to Cup and InConexus in Colombia, who build long-term relationships at origin and work with the same farmers year after year.
We publish what farmers are paid
On our single origins we share the price paid to the producer and how far it sits above the commodity market. Producers of our current coffees earn as much as $3.25/lb above the "C" market price. Great coffee takes enormous skill and care to grow, and the people who grow it should be paid for it.
We go to origin
In November 2024 our team traveled to Colombia with InConexus, our Colombia coffee partner based in Bogotá, to visit farms, walk the rows and meet the producers behind the coffee. Those days on the farm shape how we buy, how we roast and how we talk about every bag we sell.
What we look for
- Quality you can taste. Lots that stand out on the cupping table, from washed florals to jammy naturals.
- Transparency. Named producers, known regions and published prices.
- Partners we trust. Partners who invest in the communities they buy from.
